Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service")carefully before using the codersquad.io website or the support.codersquad.io platform (the "Service")operated by CoderSquad ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Accounts and Support Platform

When you create an account on our Support Platform (support.codersquad.io), you verify that you are an authorized representative of a client or partner of CoderSquad.

• Authentication: Access to the Support Platform is secured via Google OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding the Google account you use to access the Service.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CoderSquad and its licensors.

Client Work: Intellectual property rights regarding custom software or code developed for clients will be governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) or contract signed between CoderSquad and the Client.

3. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CoderSquad. CoderSquad has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoderSquad, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, United States.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
